On QMS parade this morning. On fatigue this aftermoon. Writing some letters home tonight. Very cold again today.

    O/Q S M/N S I think. Most likely OSNS or QSNS. But I’ve no idea what any of those could stand for!

  2. I’ve found a reference to the acronym QMS (I think that the middle part is “M”, not “SN” — see the periods after the Q and M) in the Wikipedia entry for Quartermaster Sergeant, I’m going with that.
