On QMS parade till noon, then drill till 3.30. Had haircut tonight. Went to bed early.

  2. Too right, thanks. I remember when I transcribed this page that it looked like the same word in both places, I just forgot to go back and fix this one.

    How far (in time) do the diaries go and how far have you transcribed? I figured you were doing it day by day!

  4. I usually do a week or so at a time rather than every day — WordPress allows me to schedule for publication. His diary goes until his discharge in 1919.
