Wednesday [Prouville/Wailly]

Got through at railhead about 10 o’clock. Twelve labour men killed by shell today. Got our kit packed before going to railhead. Had dinner about 11 o’clock and moved to Wailly. Very dark at night. Went over to canteen in evening and read.

Took Cambrai today.
