Thursday

Went to railhead at 1 o’clock. got finished at three. Did a load of coal. Got a letter from Hannah today. Went up town at night and had a big night. Sgt Tracey, Cpl Mudge, W. Fraser, Pat and I got home about 9.30.

Very mild today.
