Easter Day [Sunday]

Got up at seven o’clock. Had breakfast & went on parade at 8 o’clock. Read the papers till noon. After dinner wrote a couple of letters one to mother & one to Hannah. Also sent some cards home. Went to see a baseball game in afternoon. After supper went for a long long walk to Grayshott, Haslemere and back to camp. Got to bed about 10 o’clock. Cold with a lot of wind today.
