Rumors of E of B going down

No parades this morning. Wrote a letter to Mabel & sent registered letter to Hannah. Got a letter from Mother. Went over to Tin Town and bought a few things. Also got a hair cut. Went on parade at 2 o’clock. Handed in blankets at 6 o’clock and got embarkation tickets.

Had dinner at one o’clock and left camp at 2 am.

Quite chilly today. Got a letter from Mother today. Wrote one to Cynthia Hannah.
