Today would be Frank’s 121st birthday, a fitting date for the end of his journal and this blog.

After he returned home to Picton, he married Cynthia in September 1920, worked as an auto mechanic, had three sons, and died at the age of 74 in June 1967. This picture was taken in 1966.

Wednesday

Clock put back 60 mintues this morning. Got into pier at 8 o’clock. Got off at 8.30. Finished discharge at 11 o’clock. Had dinner, got train for Montreal at 2.55 pm. All afternoon & night had a good sleep. Quite a lot of rain.

* I assume this means he was in Halifax and later that day in N.B. on the train, not that he thought that Halifax was in N.B.
